We will provide our facility to your non-profit organization to raise funds for your group. Group must agree to the following conditions and responsible party must sign contract.

Walpole Car Wash will donate 25% of the revenues from the two Automatic Laserwash Bays, self serve, vending machines and 4 vacuums within 5 business days of the completion of the promotion. Documentation on cars washed in Laserwash Bays is available and will be provided upon request.

The conditions that apply are as follows:

1. Group must be non-profit and provide legal documentation.
2. Two fundraisers per year maximum per group. Minimum of three months apart.
3. Group to sign indemnification agreement with respect to all matters of liability.
4. Group will provide one adult over the age of 30 per 5 minors (17 & under).
5. Group will provide a minimum of 6 people (not counting supervisors) during the entire event.
6. The fundraiser will be held between 10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. on the day selected.
7. No music, smoking, profanity, group will be asked to leave the premises if any inappropriate behavior occurs. 
8. Appropriate dress required - Shirts and shoes—no bathing suits, no inappropriate wording on clothing, no inappropriate fitting clothing, pants and shirts must fit correctly and no exposure of backs, stomachs, etc.  Walpole Car Wash has the right to request a worker either change or leave if the management finds the clothing to be inappropriate. 
9. Group may not sell any products, services or chances not involving the current car washing fundraiser.
10. Group may sell or provide the car wash services of white wall tire cleaning, wheel cleaning or interior detailing. Supplies, towels and cleaning agents are responsibility of Group. Car wash will supply buckets and brushes for tire cleaning. ALL revenue from these services is retained by group.
11. Advertising via signage or newspaper placement are the responsibility of the group.
12. Walpole Car Wash will post signage provided by group for 5 days prior to the fundraiser.
13. During the promotion signs may be hand held on the sidewalk in front of the car wash, providing the participant's behavior remains professional, no yelling, going out into the street, or interferring with the traffic and existing customers.
